I drink a bottle of wine every day and have for years. I am 66 yea old and I know it’s time to cut back or even quit- don’t know if I can. How should I do this?

This is our public site where our members share their experiences with the public. If you’re looking for support, join one of our communities, The Forum or the MM Listerv. You can find more information at our main MM Website.

Hi, I am looking for help but do not want to stop drinking completely. I’m thinking MM might be a better fit for me. I don’t know if I’m ready for a big group meeting but I would appreciate it if I could talk to you or anyone else to just figure out what MM is all about and the process of my path to recovery
