Thanks – it’s definitely an ongoing process. I think it may be different for everyone but for me overdrinking definitely feels more like a symptom of a deeper problem, and I have to keep re-focusing on that shifting, elusive deeper problem. So I try to do a lot of self-analysis to make sure it’s not coming out in other ways and that I’m making some progress instead of just masking it.

MM Public Hub Topic Of The Week: What’s Your Tips For Staying On Track During The Holidays
I’ve taken up cooking for the holidays. Making homemade pasta, sauces, french fries, pierogies, cakes, pies and more. Now I don’t bring a bottle of wine to social gatherings but something I’ve made. It’s really appreciated by my hosts and stops the ‘have a glass of wine’ reflex when I’m socializing. Plus, I’ve never been a great cook so it’s nice to learn some skills and recipes that I can enjoy throughout the year.
